Caledonian has developed many GR electronic multi spindles for motor manufacturing companies for various different applications e.g. 18 Spindle - Cylinder Head, Twin Spindles - Flywheel, Crank shaft and Strut Press. All these spindles fasten the application within a few seconds to its target toque. All torque values are captured in the system indicating whether the fastenings were OK or NOK.

Caledonian is the only agent outside of Japan authorised by Giken to develop systems using their equipment. Giken multi spindles have also been installed in various applications e.g. 18 Spindle (Electronic) - Cylinder Head, 10 & 11 Spindle (Electronic) - Stud Runner, 11 Spindle (Electronic) - Nut Runner (Rear Axle) and 4 Spindle (Pneumatic) - U-Bolts. All torque values are captured in the system indicating whether it was OK or NOK.
